Each time they get through an urge, they note what they did instead. Over time it becomes a record of every time they beat it.

OutSolo. Built from lived experience.

OutSolo started with one person who has lived through gambling harm: the 3am urges, the chasing, the morning after. Ruin or Rise is built from that experience, so it speaks the way someone in that moment needs to be spoken to. No lectures, and no questionnaires that end with "you have a problem". Just honest help at the moment it's needed.

We put it in the hands of the organisations already supporting people. You support your clients; we support you. Safeguarding comes first: crisis signposting on every screen, and nothing that identifies anyone.
